Key Responsibilities
Assist senior merchandisers in managing
garment orders
Coordinate
sampling (proto, fit, size set, PP samples)
and track approvals
Follow up with
fabric, trims, and accessories
sourcing teams
Support
production planning and order tracking
as per T&A
Communicate buyer comments and ensure correct implementation
Maintain order files, MIS reports, and documentation
Assist with
inline and final inspection coordination
Support shipment documentation and dispatch follow-ups
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of
garment construction and manufacturing processes
Understanding of
fabrics, trims, and accessories
used in woven styles
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong follow-up and attention to detail
Working knowledge of
MS Excel and email communication
Preferred Candidate Profile
1-2 years experience in
woven garment merchandising
(factory or buying house)
Freshers with internship experience in woven merchandising may apply
Ability to work under tight timelines and production pressure
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
