Job Summary

The MEP Engineer is responsib
le for planning, coordinating, and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and supervise MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, water supply, drainage, and plumbing Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering teams for smooth execution Supervise site installation and ensure work is as per approved drawings and standards Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for quality and progress Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and company policies Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation Identify issues and propose corrective actions to avoid delays Support project handover, as-built drawings, and maintenance manuals

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic MEP software Good coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple contractors and deadlines Knowledge of safety standards and local building codes

Preferred Requirements

Experience in commercial buildings / factories / residential projects Exposure to project execution and site coordination Immediate joiners preferred .

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
