A Junior Mechanic assists experienced mechanics/technicians in the maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of vehicles or mechanical systems under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing mechanical issues on vehicles or machinery.
Perform basic routine maintenance tasks (e.g., oil change, brake checks, fluid top-ups).
Help repair or replace worn or defective parts and components.
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean workspace.
Record work completed, parts used, and report status to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols at the workshop.
