Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on

Junior Mechanic Operator

to assist in operating and maintaining machinery and mechanical systems. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn on the job. The Junior Mechanic Operator will work under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery (e.g., pumps, compressors, engines). Support preventive maintenance and basic repairs of machines under supervision. Monitor equipment performance and report any irregularities or malfunctions. Clean and lubricate machinery as per maintenance schedules. Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine operation. Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Learn to read and understand technical drawings and manuals. Collaborate with senior operators and maintenance staff to improve machine efficiency.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma in mechanical field is a plus). Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools. Willingness to learn and grow in a mechanical/technical role. Good physical condition and ability to work in industrial environments. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if required.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Internship or training experience in a mechanical/maintenance role. Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring instruments. Basic knowledge of safety procedures in industrial settings.

Factory, workshop, or industrial site. Exposure to machinery, noise, and physical tasks. Team-oriented, hands-on learning environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
