Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign & Content Management

Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars.

Use ChatGPT for campaign ideas, creative concepts, and ad copywriting.

Coordinate with photographer and graphic designer for timely execution of creatives.

Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels (product-focused, trend-based, and campaign-based).

Coordinate and manage celebrity/influencer shoots from planning to execution.

2. Digital Marketing & Advertising

Manage and monitor Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns with proper reporting.

Analyse ad performance and optimise for better ROI.

Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns including targeting, message design, and scheduling.

Work with the team to create all marketing-related materials, ensuring timely delivery.

3. Coordination & Vendor Management

Liaise with marketing material vendors for printing, display, packaging, and promotional items.

Ensure marketing collaterals are produced on time and meet quality standards.

Work closely with internal departments (sales, retail, exhibitions) for marketing requirements.

4. Brand & Market Research

Ensure all creatives and communications follow Binny's brand guidelines.

Keep track of jewellery industry trends, competitor campaigns, and customer preferences.

Share at least 3 actionable marketing insights every month.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain weekly and monthly reports of marketing activities.

Track campaign performance, social media engagement, and ad spend effectiveness.

Reels Creation Create & post minimum agreed number of quality reels per month.

Brand Consistency 100% compliance with Binny's brand guidelines in all marketing materials.
Vendor Coordination Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on schedule and as per quality standards.
Market Research Input Share minimum 3 actionable insights per month.
Celebrity/Influencer Shoots Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality celebrity shoot campaigns on time.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

0-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, jewellery, or fashion.

Knowledge of social media trends, especially Instagram Reels creation.

Experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaign management.

Strong copywriting skills; ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for creative ideation and content writing.

Excellent coordination, vendor management, and project management skills.

Creativity with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
