Experience:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interiors market. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Understand client requirements and provide suitable design execution solutions. Coordinate between clients and developer management teams. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Leverage offline channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on sales performance. Bachelor's degree required; BBA or B.Tech Civil. Strong communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi. In-depth knowledge of local real estate trends, laws, and regulations in the Hyderabad. Excellent negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills. Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Frequent travel to meet clients. Well known about Hyderabad surrounding areas. 2 Wheeler Must.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
