Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand identity.
Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
Coordinate with design/creative teams for photoshoots, creatives, and video content.
Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and suggest improvements.
Assist in offline & online marketing activities like events, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups.
Handle customer engagement, comments, and messages on social media.
Support in building brand strategy and executing seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
0-2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Creativity in content writing, captioning, and trend adaptation.
Strong interest in fashion, branding, and retail.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
Canva/Photoshop or any design tool knowledge.
Video editing & reel-making skills.
Familiarity with influencer marketing.
