Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to support our marketing initiatives across international markets (US, Canada, EU, Middle East). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, basic design skills, and strong communication abilities. You will closely work with the marketing and sales teams to strengthen brand presence and support lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, website).
Create and publish engaging content such as blogs, case studies, social posts, and newsletters.
Design marketing creatives, infographics, and social media graphics using Canva/Figma.
Manage social media posting, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
Support webinar/event promotions and help create post-event assets (presentations, snippets).
Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for client success stories and marketing collateral.
Support the sales team with pitch decks, brochures, and presentations.
Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing (IT/Software/SaaS experience is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic to intermediate design skills using Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn tools) and social media management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut/Canva Video) will be an added advantage.
Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn modern B2B marketing practices.
