Job Title: Junior digital Marketing Executive - Fresher

Department: Marketing

Location: Pune

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and a passion for learning new trends in online marketing and social media engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging posts and content.

Support SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website traffic and visibility.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

Help in analyzing campaign performance data and preparing regular marketing reports.

Assist in creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative assets.

Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

Knowledge of content creation and social media trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
