Key Responsibilities:

Assist withSales with preparing quotations and generating reports. Manage inquiries related to gifting, rewards, and incentive projects. Lead Generation: Reconnect with previous clients to explore new opportunities. Order Management: Collaborate with internal teams to address order-related concerns, including billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer record maintenance. Regular Reporting: Provide daily and weekly updates on progress.

Job Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Proactive with the ability to work under pressure. Candidates residing in the western suburbs, particularly Andheri, are preferred.
