Job Description

Job Purpose:



To assist the marketing team in executing promotional activities, collecting and collating marketing data, and coordinating with vendors and agencies to ensure timely implementation of campaigns and marketing materials across QSR outlets and digital platforms.

Marketing & Advertising Execution:



Assist in executing marketing and advertising plans as per brand guidelines.

Coordinate artwork, approvals, and printing with vendors and agencies.

Ensure campaign materials are deployed correctly across outlets.

Promotions (LTP / LTO):



Support rollout of Long-Term Promotions (LTP) and Limited-Time Offers (LTO).

Collect post-campaign data for performance measurement.

Coordinate with store teams for feedback and compliance.

Marketing Collaterals:



Manage and track inventory of in-store collaterals like posters, danglers, tent cards, and standees.

Coordinate printing and delivery timelines with printers and vendors.

Ensure timely installation of visuals at outlets.

Data Collection & Analysis:



Gather, collate, and maintain data on topline sales, ticket size, and Average Per Customer (APC).

Support in preparing performance reports and presentations.

Analyze customer response to campaigns and identify improvement areas.

New Store Launch Support:



Coordinate with internal and external teams for new store launch requirements.

Ensure collaterals, promotional materials, and brand elements are ready for launch.

Support local-level activations and promotional tie-ups.

Vendor & Agency Coordination:



Liaise with advertising agencies, printers, and vendors for project updates.

Maintain updated vendor databases, quotes, and delivery schedules.

Support the marketing executive in vendor management documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Timely and accurate collation of sales and marketing data. On-time execution of marketing and advertising activities. Timely delivery and installation of marketing collaterals. Positive customer rating trends and improvement in feedback metrics. Effective coordination between vendors, stores, and marketing teams.

Skills & Competencies



Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic understanding of QSR marketing and brand communication. Good communication and follow-up abilities.

Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in QSR / Retail / FMCG. Exposure to promotional execution, campaign coordination, or digital reporting preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
