Inboxist Martech Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a

Junior Marketing Executive (Email Marketing)

to support email campaigns, automation workflows, and GTM initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns Manage email lists, segmentation, and basic campaign setup Support subject line testing and email content optimization for better engagement Build and test automated email workflows using

Apollo, Instantly, Klaviyo, and Clay

, applying triggers and conditional logic Research and enrich leads based on ICP and support outbound & GTM-aligned campaigns Follow email deliverability, compliance, and data privacy best practices

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of email marketing fundamentals Knowledge of or experience with email marketing tools (Apollo, Instantly, Klaviyo, Zoho, HubSpot, Clay) Understanding of email campaigns and automation workflows Ability to manage email lists, segmentation, and list building Basic copywriting skills for subject lines, CTAs, and email content Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel for data handling Basic awareness of email deliverability concepts such as SPF, DKIM, and compliance policies Willingness to learn marketing automation and GTM tools
