Job Description

A junior marketing executive supports marketing campaigns by creating content, managing social media, conducting market research, and tracking performance metrics, all under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing:

Manage social media platforms, contribute to content calendars, and may help online advertising.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends to inform strategies.

Market Survey:

2-3 days market survey.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education:

10th, 12th, or A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Typically 6 months to 1 year of experience in a marketing or similar role.

Technical Skills:

(a) Proficiency in design tools like Canva for content creation. (OPTIONAL) (b) Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (Social media, email marketing). (c) Familiarity with social media marketing tools and analytics.

Soft Skills:

(a) Strong communication (written and verbal). (b) Excellent creativity and organizational skills. (c) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. (d) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
