About the Role:

We're looking for a driven and curious Junior Marketing Executive who will support our B2B marketing initiatives -- from building brand presence on LinkedIn to managing personal branding campaigns for founders and CXOs.

You'll play a key role in executing social media, content, and brand communication strategies that help B2B brands build recall, credibility, and visibility online.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LinkedIn & Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn and other social platforms for company and client brands. Maintain consistency in posting frequency, tone, and brand voice. Coordinate with design and content teams for visuals, videos, and copy. Ensure each post aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
2. Founder / CXO Personal Branding

Assist in developing and managing LinkedIn profiles for founders, CXOs, and key client leaders. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and relevant conversations to grow professional networks. Track engagement metrics and optimize for reach and credibility.
3. Content Research & Ideation

Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content ideas relevant to client sectors (manufacturing, logistics, education, etc.). Generate creative ideas for thought-leadership topics, storytelling, and brand-led narratives. Support in script writing, post captions, and content repurposing (from blogs, podcasts, events, etc.).
4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track platform insights (impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile views, leads generated). Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Conduct competitor benchmarking and hashtag analysis. Suggest content experiments to improve engagement and recall.
5. Coordination & Campaign Execution

Work closely with strategists, designers, and copywriters to deliver on campaign plans. Assist in executing email campaigns, webinars, or digital events. Maintain trackers, content calendars, and asset libraries.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. Understanding of B2B marketing and LinkedIn as a platform for business growth. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Scheduler, etc.). Basic understanding of analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Sheets dashboards, etc.). Bonus: Understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, or email automation tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mulund West, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
