About the Role:

We are looking for a

highly motivated and dynamic Junior Marketing Executive

to join our student outreach and internship recruitment team. This role involves

direct engagement with students

across colleges and universities to promote and enroll them in internship opportunities offered by our organization or our clients. This is a

target-driven role

, ideal for individuals who enjoy outreach, communication, and performance-based growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote internship opportunities to students via calls, emails, social media, and campus outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, placement cells, and academic coordinators Achieve weekly/monthly targets for student enrollments into internship programs Organize webinars, info sessions, and on-campus/online promotional campaigns to drive student engagement Maintain a database of leads and regularly follow up with potential candidates Assist in screening and shortlisting students based on project requirements Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to design and execute outreach strategies Provide timely reports and updates on lead status, conversions, and campaign performance

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset Comfortable with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and outreach platforms Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
