About the Role
We're seeking a creative and versatile Junior Marketing Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for developing engaging marketing materials across multiple formats to support our technology services offerings. This role combines creative design with digital marketing expertise, including SEO content creation, video production, and brand management. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build their portfolio while contributing to our go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
Design and develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials
Create engaging website content, landing pages, and digital assets that align with our brand guidelines
Develop and edit video clips for social media, product demos, promotional campaigns, and explainer content
Produce short-form and long-form video content including filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production
Create video scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts for various marketing initiatives
Design email templates and graphics for nurturing campaigns and client communications
Develop wireframes for website pages and marketing assets
Video Development & Editing
Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for multiple platforms (website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video storytelling
Edit raw footage into polished final products including color correction, audio mixing, and subtitle integration
Optimize videos for different formats and platforms (vertical for social, widescreen for website, etc.)
Maintain a video content library with organized assets and project files
Stay current with video marketing trends and platform-specific best practices
SEO & Digital Content
Write on-brand, high-ranking SEO content for blog posts, landing pages, and service pages
Support the creation and execution of scalable SEO and content marketing plans
Optimize content for AI Overviews (AIO) and Large Language Model (LLM) search results
Research keywords and implement SEO best practices in all written content
Create top-of-funnel content focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Website & Digital Marketing
Craft compelling website copywriting that drives engagement and conversions
Support domain management activities and website content updates
Create infographics, case studies, and whitepapers that showcase our technology solutions
Design banner ads, display graphics, and other digital advertising materials
Develop social media content (graphics, videos, captions) for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
Brand Management
Ensure all materials maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across channels
Support brand management initiatives including visual identity and messaging guidelines
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
Stay updated on design trends and best practices in B2B technology marketing
Organize and maintain a digital asset library
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software
Experience with After Effects or similar tools for motion graphics and animations
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms for wireframing and design
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
Knowledge of video compression, encoding, and optimization for web delivery
Content & SEO Skills
Strong copywriting abilities with understanding of SEO principles
Experience writing SEO-optimized content that ranks well in search engines
Understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure
Awareness of AI Overviews and LLM optimization strategies
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices for top-of-funnel content
Video Production Skills
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content
Understanding of video composition, lighting, and basic cinematography
Experience with audio editing, sound design, and voice-over integration
Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
Ability to tell compelling stories through video editing and sequencing
Design & Brand Skills
Strong visual design sense with attention to detail
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Experience with wireframing and basic UX principles
Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats and channels
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, Film Production, or related field
1-3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, video production, or digital marketing role
Portfolio demonstrating range of work including video clips, motion graphics, websites, brochures, social media content, and SEO articles
Demonstrated experience with SEO content writing and website copywriting
Proven track record of creating and editing video content for marketing purposes
Experience in technology or B2B services industry is advantageous
Understanding of technical SEO concepts is a plus
