Key Responsibilities:
Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Handling shipping documents and managing import shipments.
Processing work orders and coordinating dispatches.
Maintaining accurate stock and order records.
Assisting with marketing initiatives and email campaigns.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PDF, and Tally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, particularly for email correspondence.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
Aspiration to grow into a marketing role.
