About the Role

Designation :Junior Manager - Loyalty systems

Scope of the role

Loyalty program management, Implementation and delivery of loyalty programs. Be the single point of contact for internal / external stakeholder on program

Job Profile:

  • \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Loyalty system management backend and front end.
  • \xc2\xb7 End to End knowledge and hands on implementation of loyalty programs and features.
  • \xc2\xb7 Day to Day operations on the systems & integrations.
  • \xc2\xb7 Conceptualization of business requirement to technical requirement, development, implementation, program execution.
  • \xc2\xb7 Best of knowledge on system connectivity through APIs. SFTPs to Offline & Online system.
  • \xc2\xb7 Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
  • \xc2\xb7 Hands on Data & CMS management
  • \xc2\xb7 Maintaining data integrity & smooth flow of data across systems \xe2\x80\x93 POSS / Enterprise & CRM
  • \xc2\xb7 Hands on Audit points on application & process
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the smooth function of the CRM system.
  • \xc2\xb7 Work with internal and external support teams (IT, analytics vendor etc.) to aid the smooth functioning of regular work
  • \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of SQL server and hands on experience for 3-5 years is must / Keen interest to learn fast
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyse data, and draw valid conclusions

Day to Day operations on the systems & integrations

Hand hold the teams on the testing and after go live support

Data management & Business reports

1. Retail domain experience

2. Experience working with Loyalty platform

3. Well verse on Loyalty program operations

4. Manage and enhance platform supporting Loyalty initiatives

5. Website & CMS management

6. Good knowledge on system integration

7. Data understanding & Management

8. Hands on generating the Business reports, Ad-hoc Reports, Dashboards

9. Good Knowledge in analysing and SQL queries / willingness and ability to learn

10. Should be process oriented & key on documentation of process

11. Understanding of business requirement & providing the data for campaign

12. Should interact with internal & external stakeholders to fulfil the business requirement

13. Ability to plan and manage numerous processes, and projects simultaneously
