Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Logistics Data Executive

to support our transport and logistics operations. This role is ideal for candidates with basic to intermediate knowledge of

Excel, MS Office, data entry, and logistics processes

who are eager to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain transport and logistics data with high accuracy Assist in preparing reports using

Excel and MS Office tools

Monitor

vehicle tracking systems

and update delivery status Support daily operations using

TMS (Transport Management System) software

Handle emails and basic coordination through

Microsoft Outlook

Communicate with internal teams and transport partners when required Maintain organized records and documentation Support senior team members with data analysis and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of

Excel and MS Office

Understanding of

transport logistics

or willingness to learn Good

communication skills

(written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Basic knowledge of

email and Outlook

Willingness to learn

TMS software and vehicle tracking systems

Required Experience:-:

Internship or 0-2 years of experience in logistics or data-related roles Basic knowledge of

data analytics and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
