Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal documents including Plaints, Written Statements, Petitions, Legal Briefs, and property-related instruments

• Support title verification and due diligence processes for real estate transactions

• Coordinate litigation matters and maintain organized, accurate legal records and documentation

• Conduct thorough legal research and contribute to case preparation and strategy development

Requirements
Requirements:

• LLB or law graduate with 1-5 years of relevant experience in real estate or property law

• Solid understanding of property laws, title verification, mutation, and land records

• Proven drafting, analytical, and research skills with attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and take on new legal challenges

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
