Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Prepare and handle legal correspondence, notices, and replies.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital) for legal documents and case records.
Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Conduct basic legal research to support ongoing matters.
Support senior legal executives/managers in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Ensure timely submission and safekeeping of legal records, licenses, and approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
2-3 years of experience in legal documentation, correspondence, or compliance (freshers with internships can apply).
Strong drafting, writing, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
