will assist the legal department in handling property documentation, agreements, registrations, due diligence, and legal compliance related to real estate projects.
The role involves coordination with advocates, government offices, and internal departments to ensure all legal aspects of property transactions and projects are properly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet
property-related documents
- Sale Deeds, Agreement for Sale, Lease Deeds, Power of Attorney, MOU, and NOC letters.
Assist in
title verification and due diligence
of land and property documents.
Support in
registration of documents
at Sub-Registrar Office and coordinate with legal consultants.
Maintain and update
legal records, project files, and compliance registers.
Prepare and maintain
case files
related to property disputes, recovery, or litigation.
Coordinate with
survey offices, municipal authorities, and RERA
for necessary approvals.
Assist in drafting and checking
builder-buyer agreements
and related correspondences.
Monitor
compliance with RERA, Stamp Duty, and Registration Acts.
Research on latest
real estate laws, notifications, and circulars.
Provide administrative and documentation support to the senior legal team.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of
Real Estate, RERA, Land & Property Laws.
Good drafting and documentation skills.
Familiarity with
property registration process and title search.
Strong communication and coordination ability.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications:
Education:
LL.B. / B.L. (Bachelor of Law) - mandatory.
Experience:
0-2 years in a legal role (preferably in real estate / property law).
Preferred:
Internship or experience with developers, builders, or real estate law firms.
