Job Description

Responsibility
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries/reports. Coordinate with external legal counsel and authorities as required. Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters. Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships in corporate/consultancy/law firms will be considered). Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
