Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Assist in the preparation for legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies. Provide administrative support to senior legal staff as required.
Qualifications

LLB degree from an accredited law school. Active Advocate's License to attend the court hearings. Must have completed AIBE and received COP (Certificate of Practice). Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
