? Conduct legal research, analysis, and updates on regulatory changes relevant to the
business.
? Draft and review legal agreements, and contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor
contracts, etc.).
? Prepare compliance checklists and maintain documentation and records.
? Provide support on corporate actions such as M&A, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets,
and other general corporate matters.
? Support the business on day-to-day legal queries and provide timely advice.
? Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
? Participate in process improvement initiatives within the legal function.
? Assisting in obtaining various business licenses and registrations.
? Involve in automation and templating initiatives collaborating with internal / external
technology service providers to deliver automated solutions for legal documents.
Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in law (BLS/LLB)
? 0-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or a
law firm handling trade finance or corporate advisory
? Strong understanding of contract law, company law, and RBI / FEMA-related regulations
