Role Summary

Blackbull Chamber is hiring an

All-Rounder Legal Associate

who can support day-to-day legal operations across

corporate/commercial work, documentation, compliance, client coordination, and basic litigation support

. This role needs

strong communication

, professional drafting, and a practical "get-things-done" approach.

Key Responsibilities1) Corporate & Commercial Documentation

Draft, review, and finalize:

Agreements, MoUs, NDAs, Service Contracts, Vendor Agreements, Employment letters, Notices, Replies, Undertakings, Affidavits, Declarations

Prepare

legal summaries, clause notes, risk flags, and redline comparisons

Maintain

standard templates

and update clauses as per current practice
2) Compliance & Governance Support

Assist in

company law compliance

, basic secretarial support, filings coordination (through CS/CA where required) Draft and maintain

Board Resolutions, Minutes, Authorisations

, and compliance trackers Support internal

policy implementation

(KYC, onboarding, confidentiality, data retention, risk controls)
3) Legal Operations & Case Coordination

Handle

client communications

, requirement gathering, and document collection (KYC + supporting proofs) Coordinate with internal teams:

Finance, HR, Investor Relations, Operations, Admin

Maintain

matter files

, trackers, deadlines, follow-ups, and status updates
4) Research & Advisory Support

Conduct legal research on

Companies Act, Contract Act, IBC basics, SARFAESI basics, Arbitration, Labour laws basics, Stamp/Registration basics

Prepare

brief notes, case updates, and practical options

for seniors Support legal due diligence (basic) and

document checklists


5) Court/Tribunal & Liaison (Support Level)

Assist in

drafting petitions/replies

, compilation of documents, annexures, indexing Coordinate with external counsel for filings/appearances Liaison with

registrar offices, notary, stamp vendors, banks

(as required)
Required Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)

Excellent

spoken + written communication

(English/Hindi preferred) Strong drafting & formatting: professional email writing, clean documentation Good understanding of contracts, common clauses, and legal workflow Strong

follow-up discipline

, deadline control, and file management High integrity: confidentiality, ethics, and professional conduct
Eligibility

LLB (3 years / 5 years)

from a recognized university

0-3 years

experience (freshers with strong drafting skills may apply) Internship/experience in

corporate law, documentation, compliance, or litigation support

is a plus Basic proficiency in MS Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PDF tools
