Role Summary:
We are looking for a Legal Associate who will
personally handle court matters
, especially cases related to
recovery of delayed payments from clients
, and support the company on legal compliance and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Appear before courts and legal authorities for
recovery, cheque bounce, and commercial cases
.
Draft and file legal notices, pleadings, replies, affidavits, and other court documents.
Track case status, hearings, and coordinate with external counsels when required.
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, NDAs, and legal documents.
Advise management on legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain basic legal records and MIS.
Qualifications & Skills
LL.B. with
active license to practice
.
Experience in litigation and recovery matters preferred.
Strong drafting, court-handling, and communication skills.
Experience
2-6 years (litigation exposure preferred; freshers with court experience may be considered).

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
