We are looking for a smart and well-organized Administrative Executive / Personal Assistant to support our real estate operations. The candidate will be responsible for drafting official and legal correspondence, handling administrative and PA-related tasks, and coordinating internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting official letters, notices, emails, and professional correspondence
(Client letters, authority letters, agreements support, follow-ups, etc.)
Assisting management in PA-related work such as scheduling meetings, reminders, and documentation
Handling administrative tasks including file management, record keeping, and document coordination
Preparing reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and internal communication drafts
Managing confidential documents with discretion
Supporting real estate documentation and office operations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal - Mandatory)
Ability to draft professional letters
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email drafting
Knowledge of Punjabi language (reading/speaking) - Preferred
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Professional attitude and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
