Title: Junior Learning Programs Specialist

Reports to: Digital Academy VP

As a Junior Learning Programs Specialist in the Digital Academy you will be supporting in the design and development of learning solutions to meet our employees' needs on digital upskilling.

What will you do:

Contribute to and support development and execution of global learning programs led by Digital Academy For specific learning programs of the Digital Academy, partner with key stakeholders and the business to understand the needs of targeted audiences and consult on best way to meet them Partner with a wide network of collaborators within and outside the learning community for the development and deployment of learning as needed Manage learning-related communication using all available internal communication channels and digital tools, to promote learning activities in the Academys scope Manage learning platform(s) administration, analytics, reporting to improve the learner experience and engagement with our offer Support the continuous improvement of our learning offer and employee experience through collection and analysis of learner feedback and identification of related solutions Support the learning content vendor selection, and implementation of new platforms / tools for learners and the team as needed ensuring our learning offer and resources always are up to date and are innovative



Qualifications:

Who You Are

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent ideally in Digital Learning, HR, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Business, or Project Management disciplines. 2 years of experience related to developing learning solutions Familiarized with e-learning platforms and practices Knowledgeable on Digital topics and skills sought by the companies today Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about providing excellent learner experience and impact Strong team player Fluent English speaker Proficient in Office Applications. Learning Design Authoring and Animation / Video Creation Tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia) will be considered as a plus
