Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to design, deliver, and enhance training programs for

Kreedo's new and existing workforce. This role will involve facilitating engaging learning

interventions, supporting professional development, and ensuring the effective adoption of the

Kreedo curriculum across schools.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with employees and business unit leaders to identify organizational training needs. Design and deliver learning programs covering technical, professional development,
behavioral, and leadership areas.

Facilitate and manage workshops, demonstrations, and conferences. Evaluate and enhance the quality of training delivery. Provide learning guidance and mentoring to employees. Develop training materials and manage content on the Learning Management System (LMS). Track, analyze, and report learning data to measure training effectiveness. Conduct school visits for observation and hands-on training support.
Tools & Competencies

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice. Hands-on experience with virtual conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoho Meeting, Zoom). Ability to create engaging presentations, props, and interactive activities. Strong analytical, presentation, and observational skills. Ability to train in both face-to-face and online environments.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 2 years' experience in training, teaching, or facilitation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date knowledge of training trends and methodologies. Willingness to travel within Bangalore and occasionally to other cities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Additional Information

Work location: Kreedo Corporate Office, Jayanagar, Bangalore. Role involves regular field visits to schools for training and observation. Occasional inter-city travel required for training sessions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
