Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Junior Lawyer to strengthen our legal team. The ideal candidate will be an enrolled advocate with a strong foundation in litigation. You will be responsible for managing cases from initiation to resolution, representing our interests in various forums, and providing sound legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, with a primary focus on consumer protection cases. Attend hearings Conduct detailed legal research, analyze case law, and prepare legal opinions on various issues. Draft, review, and file a wide range of legal documents including petitions, written statements, appeals, rejoinders, and interim applications. Handle all aspects of case preparation, including evidence collection, witness coordination, and drafting of arguments. Provide timely updates on case status and legal risks to management. Liaise with external counsel, opposing parties, and clients as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university.

Must be a qualified advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka.

1-3 years of proven post-qualification experience in litigation. Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
