Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Lawyer on a part-time or contractual basis to provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and support the organisation in managing legal risks and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on assigned matters and practice areas Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents Handle legal notices, responses, and correspondence Support litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel (if required) Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and briefs Represent the organisation before courts, tribunals, or authorities (if applicable)

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) 2+ years of relevant legal experience Prior experience in part-time or contract-based legal roles is an advantage

Strong legal drafting and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Time management and adherence to deadlines

Engagement Terms

Working Hours: [20 hours per week / As required]
