Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will oversee various surveying projects, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency across multiple sites in the district.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive land surveys including topographic, boundary, and construction staking. Utilize advanced surveying equipment such as

Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Levels

. Process field data and prepare precise survey maps, layouts, and technical reports using AutoCAD or relevant software. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at various sites. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure survey work aligns with project timelines. Manage and mentor the assigned Survey Assistant to ensure streamlined field operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of

3 years

of proven experience in land surveying.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Surveying.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating modern surveying instruments and CAD software.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
