Location : Coimbatore - Vadavalli


CTC : Upto 7.5 LPA (Based upon the interview Performance & Experience in Hand)


Age : Below 35



The Key Account Manager (Banking) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic banking relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong financial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key banking clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and strategic discussions. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

Business Development

Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver value-added services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

Account Strategy & Planning

Develop account plans aligned with client objectives and organizational goals. Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and profitability. Conduct regular business reviews with clients.

Market & Industry Insights

Stay updated on banking industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to internal teams to shape product offerings and strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with senior management to align account strategies with organizational priorities.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). years of experience in account management, relationship management, or sales within the banking/financial services sector. Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
