JOB TITLE: JUNIOR IT SUPPORT - HARDWARE FIELD SUPPORT

Salary: ₹15000 - 20000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues effectively. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software. Perform preventive maintenance and regular system checkups. Assist senior IT staff with network and system tasks when required. Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and ensure timely ticket closure. Communicate professionally with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels. Follow company policies and IT support best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of OS installation, drivers, and configuration. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and handle field visits. Technically sound and quick learner.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field (preferred). 1 year experience preferred in IT hardware support (candidates with strong fundamentals may also apply).
COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Fixed salary of ? 15000 - 20000 per month. 3-month probation period, followed by a performance-based salary hike. Growth and skill-development opportunities.
