Junior It Sales Executive (freshers)

Job Description

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our IT Sales team. You will gain exposure to end-to-end sales processes, client engagement, and business development in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities



1. Identify potential clients and generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits

2. Understand client requirements and present IT solutions

3. Manage and maintain CRM records and sales pipeline

4. Conduct field visits to meet clients and build relationships (requires travel within assigned territory)

5. Work towards monthly/quarterly targets with independence and accountability

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Requirements



1. Fresh graduates (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech - any discipline)

2. Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)

3. High energy, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset

4. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

5. Willingness to travel for fieldwork as part of sales activities

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
