Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate status.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and timelines.
Follow up with candidates and managers for feedback and next steps.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment (IT Field only).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
