Assist in development and customization of internal software tools

Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency.
2.AI Tools, Automation & AI Software
Implement and support AI-based tools for productivity, analysis, and automation
Build AI-driven workflows and assist teams in effective usage
Research and recommend AI solutions aligned with business needs
3.Dashboard Development & Reporting
Prepare dashboards to track sales, marketing, operations, and HR metrics
Create visual reports using BI tools, spreadsheets, or AI-based platforms
Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and user-friendly visualization
4.System Integration & Documentation
Support integration between software systems and dashboards
Maintain documentation for software, AI tools, dashboards, and processes
5.System Upgradation & Maintenance
Assist in system upgrades, software updates, and version enhancements
Support basic maintenance of IT systems and applications
Ensure systems run smoothly with minimal downtime
Coordinate internally to resolve system-related issues
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
0-2 years of experience (Freshers with good IT and AI knowledge may apply)
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
Basic knowledge of software development and programming
Experience or basic understanding of dashboard and reporting tools
Familiarity with AI tools and automation software
Basic knowledge of data handling and databases
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and basic documentation skills
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
