Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
Support IT hardware and software upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance.
Monitor antivirus, firewall, and data security compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and service support.
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
Assist in implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and server environments (basic level).
Good understanding of data backup and security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems.
Exposure to ERP or enterprise software support.
