Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Engineer to join our team and support our IT

operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

You will work closely with the IT Manager to support, maintain, and improve our

systems while assisting various business teams.

This role is ideal for a young engineer who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and

learning in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Work closely with the IT Manager to support daily IT operations

? Assist in system maintenance, updates, and basic troubleshooting

? Manage and maintain master data across internal systems

? Support different business functions with IT related needs

? Participate in the documentation of processes, systems, and procedures

? Assist in user support and basic helpdesk activities

? Help prepare and deliver training sessions for internal users

? Contribute to continuous improvement of IT tools and workflows

? Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards

Required Qualifications

? Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Information Systems,

Engineering, or a related field

? Strong logical thinking and analytical skills

? Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

? Rigorous, well-organized, and detail-oriented

? Good communication skills, both written and verbal

? Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Technical Skills (Required / Preferred)

? Basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure

? Understanding of databases and master data concepts

? Familiarity with: SQL (basic level), Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

? ERP or business systems (preferred, not mandatory)

? Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
