Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking

Junior IT Assistant

to support our daily IT operations and client-based service tasks. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic IT support to internal team and clients Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Maintain IT asset records and documentation Support day-to-day tasks like system formatting, printer installation, and LAN setup Visit client locations (occasionally) for minor support tasks Help in stock entry and basic data entry work as needed

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any stream Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software Good communication skills and willingness to learn Must be from Vadodara or nearby areas Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
