Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical stock verification and tally with system reports at showrooms and units. Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits as per audit plan. Identify stock variances and prepare reconciliation reports. Verify documentation related to stock transfers, goods receipts, and sales. Maintain accurate audit records and share reports with management on time. Support in monitoring damaged, returned, or exchanged jewellery items. Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure compliance with stock handling procedures. Follow company standards and guidelines for inventory control and security.
