Job summary

We are seeking a Junior Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications and timelines, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Supervision

: Monitor and supervise the daily activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Progress Reporting

: Provide regular updates on project progress, including challenges and solutions, to project managers and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the necessary quality standards and design requirements before sign-off.

Health and Safety Compliance

: Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Material Management

: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, and manage inventory to prevent delays.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Project, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-3 years of experience in interior site supervision, specifically within the commercial sector.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. A degree would be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including designers, contractors, and clients. Strong understanding of commercial interior design principles and practices.
