Key Responsibilities

Design Support

: Assist in the development of interior design concepts and plans, working closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure project alignment with client specifications.

Material Selection

: Contribute to the selection and specification of materials and finishes, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of interior construction, assisting in the resolution of design-related issues as they arise.

Technical Drawings

: Prepare and update technical drawings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.

Quality Assurance

: Support the quality assurance process by conducting site visits and inspections, identifying potential design improvements.

Software Proficiency

: 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Engineer or in a similar role within the residential real estate sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Civil Engineering, or a related field.
