Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site interior work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishes. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and within the given timeline. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth on-site operations. Monitor material usage and availability; ensure timely procurement and minimal wastage. Conduct daily site inspections and ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager. Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays proactively. Maintain proper documentation of site work, materials, and labor records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of interior fit-outs, materials, and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, reporting tools).

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or a related field. Minimum

1 year of on-site supervision experience

in interior projects (residential, commercial, or retail). Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site protocols.
