Software Skills:
AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Enscape and Photoshop
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
Prepare detail drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
Create high-quality
3D renders using any Software.
Work closely with architects, vendors, and clients to finalise designs.
Select materials, finishes, colour palettes, furniture, and lighting.
Prepare BOQs, moodboards, and design presentations.
Ensure all designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
Visit sites when required for measurement and supervision.
Requirements:
Strong sense of design, detailing, and aesthetics.
Proficiency in
Rendering
. (Max or Enscape).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to complete tasks within timelines.
Salary Range:
?18,000 - ?25,000 (depending on skill & experience)
