We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning 3D visualizations of residential and/or commercial interior spaces. Your creativity and technical skills will be instrumental in bringing our clients' design visions to life.
Responsibilities:
3D Modeling & Visualization:
Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, 3ds Max).
Develop photorealistic visualizations that accurately depict the look and feel of proposed designs.
Ensure accurate representation of materials, textures, and lighting in 3D models.
Design Development:
Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.
Develop comprehensive design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
Create mood boards and color palettes that reflect the client's desired aesthetic.
Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess existing conditions.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max) and 2D drafting software (AutoCAD).
Experience with rendering software (Enscape or similar).
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture selections.
Excellent knowledge of interior design principles and architectural detailing.
Communication & Collaboration:
Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients both verbally and visually.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other team members.
Present design proposals to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Professional Development:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in interior design and 3D visualization.
Attend industry events, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
6 months to 1 year of professional experience in 3D interior design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling, rendering, and design skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
