Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer with a flair for sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing design solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. This is a dual-role position that blends creative design with client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Design:

Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and layout drawings. Recommend materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. Create 2D/3D visualizations and presentations (using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to ensure design intent is met. Visit project sites as needed for measurement, supervision, and progress checks.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of furniture/kitchen design. Familiarity with project budgeting and material estimation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
