Job description:
Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions.
Confident and passionate about interior designing.
Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
To prepare and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other documents relating to the design.
Ability to create a computer based floor plan and work with design software & templates.
Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion.
Able to deal with the management of junior & intermediate designers on the team.
Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
Prepare and participate in client presentations.
Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes while keeping within budget.
Proficiency in Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
Project management experience.
You have been an interior designer for at least three years.
Knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials ( BOQ, Discount).
Experienced in designing interiors for residential projects.
Strong interaction, communication, sketching, and presentation skills expected.

Previous experience with an Interior design firm and 2 years of commitment.
