Job Description

Client Consultation:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the commercial/ office space.

Design Development:

Translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design concepts, including rough plans, mood boards, color schemes, and material selections.

Technical Documentation:

Creating detailed 2D layouts with specifications for contractors and other professionals.

Project Management:Developing project timelines and budgets, and overseeing the project from conception to completion.

Material & Vendor Sourcing:

Researching, selecting, and sourcing appropriate materials, furniture, and products for the design.

Site Oversight:

Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure that the design adheres to the design specifications.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensuring that all designs meet relevant building codes, safety, and accessibility standards.

Trend Research:Staying informed about industry trends, materials, and evolving best practices to incorporate innovative solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
